So to make up for all this, WE are going to give YOU, some dope recipes.
( The best ones actually, because I love you guys for reading all of my posts. )
Introducing: THE SCOOBY SNACK, and the CANNERGY BAR!

Whats like everyone's favorite channel on TV? ...Duhhh its the FOOD NETWORK! ...Pssshh, like it could be anything else!

Now we all use the food channel everyday to teach us new tricks and spins on classics, and to be introduced to new cuisine and cooking methods Well your about to get a quick crash course through the basics of understanding how to cook with weed.
Cannabis cooking is not rocket science, it's a creative art just looking to explode on your pallet with flavor, tingling all your senses and getting you super lifted at the same time. HA, that got your attention.

No matter what recipe your preparing we need to go over your bud.
Cooking doesnt make SCHWAG hit you like FIRE GOT THAT?
Potency of your final product is directly related to the potency of the bud used.
Use the best for the best results always!

Get your oven turned on and preheated to abour 275F
Grind up your bud and spread it evenly over a cookie sheet, and bake it for roughly 5-8 minutes, maybe longer, DONT BURN THE WEED, what we are doing is a drying out method, used to convert more THC into the kind that we absorb into our body.

Now the next thing you want to do is pick out how you want to implement the cannabis into your recipes.

Cannabis oil/ Cannabutter
It's extremely easy to make butter and oil with cannabis, here's how!

grab a crock pot, any size!
Take your PRE BAKED DANK, dump it in the crock pot.
8.5ml to 1 gram of dank for oil.
or for butter
1 tablespoon of butter per gram of dank.

Got it? now pour some water in there, just enough so all the weed is covered.
Let the crock pot simmer on low for minimum of 4 hours.

Don't have cheesecloth for straining? Make a tinfoil funnel with an opened teabag at the bottom, and funnel your butter/oil mix into a jar, the cheesecloth or teabag should catch all the cannabis pieces. Now seal the jar and place it in the fridge. leave it for at least 6 hours to make sure its solidified well. At this point when you remove it fro mthe fridge, youll notice the water will have risen to the top. Seperate the water off, and your left with some oil, or butter thats super potent!

Now, all you need to do is use the butter or oil in place of regular butter or oil in any recipe you want!

This book is pretty instrumental if you wanna be like a super gourmet with cannabis.

I'm featuring 2 recipes I like to make all the time.

The Scooby Snack

2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup Quaker dry oatmeal
1 tbl vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter
1 tsp walnut extract
1 oz. of finely ground cannabis

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If there is not enough liquid to mix all ingredients after 5 minutes of stirring, add a tiny amount of milk to aid in mixing of remaining ingredients. Taste batter before cooking and adjust amount of sugar to your liking. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how large you made your cookies. Can be cooked for a shorter time for chewier cookies, or a longer time for drier, crisp cookies.

without further ado...
This is best the secret weed recipe ever!

This tasty little bar, is a protein bar, that keeps you full, and gives you long lasting energy at the same time. Plus its good for you, I make tons of these guys, they are perfect for on the go sessions! Also diabetics can eat them too!

2 TBSP sugar free peanut butter
2 TBSP cannabis butter, melted
1/2 tsp liquid artificial sweetener
1/4 cup Splenda or 4 packets Sweet n Low
One scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Melt peanut butter and butter in microwave or double boiler.

Mix in the sweetener thoroughly.

Add protein powder and stir until able to form a ball. Roll up in a ball and kneed for a few seconds. Separate into even four even portions and roll into balls. Place in refrigerator until firm. Makes 4 servings.

The PB Bars are low carb and sugar free. Dip half a bar in chocolate for a nice kick too :)

If you ever wanna impress ANYONE with some amazing weed recipes try grabbing a few good cookbooks, and replacing the butter with cannabutter. Italian food, and chocolate are amazing when used in conjunction with cannabis.
